Who Are We ?

Hilltop Farm is a 20 hectare property situated 1 km from the village of Wooroloo, which is just inside the borders of metropolitan Perth. There are extensive views in all directions across the rolling countryside of Western Australia. Forty-five minutes from Perth airport, and one hour from the city centre via the Great Eastern Highway, the farm is within easy reach of the Shire centre at Mundaring, with all its shops, restaurants, wineries, cinema etc., yet enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. Hilltop is thus the ideal place for small conferences, seminars, workshops, weddings or other special events - or just to spend a peaceful weekend in the hills .

The Buildings

Buildings include a 70m2 geodesic dome conference hall, which has a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit providing comfortable temperatures all-year-round. Near this hall there is an amenities block with two showers and two composting toilets. There is also a central cottage with office, lounge, dining terrace and two bedrooms sleeping a maximum of four guests. The two chalets nearby can sleep up to twenty six guests making a total of thirty.

Each chalet is centrally air-conditioned with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a central lounge/dining area of 33m2. Both chalets can be rented separately for family weekends or for smaller meetings of between 8 and 12 guests. Guests can either use the cooking facilities themselves in the chalets, or there are 2 or 3 cooks who live locally who can cook for them by prior arrangement. Alternatively and for larger events we have a special arrangement with outside caterers and nearby restaurants who can provide a variety of menus for inspection beforehand to suit every taste. The patio terrace which has 2 gas barbeques, can seat up to 40 guests at tables. There is also an open-air grassed amphitheatre which can seat up to 120 people if required
