New Schedule of Charges, as from 1st July 2007.

Daily Rate:
Our normal charge for one night is $45.00 per person (including GST).
For two nights we charge $40 per person per night, and for a third and subsequent nights, $35.00 per person per night (including GST). Prices for even longer stays are negotiable. All charges are based on a twin-share or single-room charge, dependent on numbers.

Minimum charges:
We do not normally accept less than 8 guests, and there is a minimum charge of $400.00 (including GST). (But this can also apply to 4 guests all staying for two nights.)

Facilities:
Use of The Dome meeting hall, the central “Old Cottage” with its large patio and BBQ’s, and the Amenities Block, is all free of charge if 12 or more guests book in. The use of both 5-bedroom chalets is also available for 12 or more guests.
For less than 12 guests, only one chalet is allocated, and an extra $100.00 per day (or part day) is charged for use of The Dome, and the central Old Cottage.

Linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels):
All beds are provided with a pillow, two blankets and a douvet. Normally, guests bring their own linen (two sheets, a pillow case, and towel/s). However, 25 sets of linen are available for an extra, once-only, charge of $10.00 per set to cover laundry, if desired.

Extra beds:
Some rooms can take an extra (folding) bed if required, providing 6 extra beds.
There are also three caravans available (7 bed spaces in all). These may be rented for $20 per person per night, but caravanners have to provide their own blankets and linen.

Bookings:
In special circumstances, The Dome and the Amenities Block may be booked for a day for a fee of $125.00, providing no other group is occupying Hilltop Farm.

Advance Payments:
An advance payment of approximately one third of the expected total is required to confirm your booking. This may be refunded in full if cancellation is made at least six weeks before the booking date. Otherwise a 50% deduction is made from the advance payment.
