Thank you for interest in Hilltop Farm. Wooroloo is a small village in Perth’s eastern hills, just within the Greater Perth Metropolitan Region, in the Shire of Mundaring. It is about an hour’s drive from the CBD along the Great Eastern Highway.
We can accommodate 20 people comfortably in two chalets, in single beds in double bedrooms, with air-conditioning and heating. Another 2 people can be accommodated – in special circumstances, somewhat less comfortably in the Old Cottage and an extra folding bed may be put in six of the chalets’ bedrooms, giving a total of 28. Hilltop is, however, a working farm and therefore the land, its fencing and landscaping, is somewhat rough, and has two farm gates which must be kept closed at all times because of livestock in the paddocks. The whole property is about 20 hectares (50 acres), internal roads are all gravel and children MUST be supervised at all times to prevent them from interfering with farm work or having accidents.
Most of the groups who use our premises are spiritually-inclined, such as meditation and yoga classes, circle dancers, church groups and health enthusiasts, all of whom find our domed hall perfect for their activities. However, we are also happy to welcome other groups who may not require use of the dome, such as family reunions, wedding parties, sewing and scrapbooking groups, outdoor recreation enthusiasts – canoeists, horse riders,
cyclists, walkers and so on.
